DiscordAPIError: Missing Permissions #19

This appears to occur when:

The bot does not have permission to send a message
The bot does not have the 'embed links' permission and attempts to send an embedded message. (See #25)

Closing as this is no-longer a problem, and it hasn't been for a little while. For those looking for help with this error, see the above issue description, the Opcodes and Status Codes reference, and issues #24 and #21 which have similar solutions.
