Consider integrating jService.io to add additional questions #83

A general outline of what would be needed to accomplish this:

Quality checks; ensure that jService questions are consistent in quality and with OpenTDB
Difficulty level checks - jService uses a different difficulty scale which may cause inconsistencies if not handled properly
Category integration: determine how categories would be merged with those from OpenTDB
Precautions for one or both databases going down

Pros:

Much higher total question count
Less load on OpenTDB as it will no-longer be fully relied on
No more downtime caused by OpenTDB going down

Cons:

Difficult to integrate
Question quality may be inconsistent
