Consider integrating Qriusity to add additional questions

A general outline of what would be needed to accomplish this:

• Quality checks; ensure that jService questions are consistent in quality and with OpenTDB
• Difficulty level checks - Qriusity does not have difficulty levels which may cause severe inconsistencies
• Question counter integration - the API does not provide an upfront category count.
• Category integration: determine how categories would be merged with those from OpenTDB
• Script integration
