Love this book, but inline math symbols do not render in PDF version #100

Hi, firstly I love this book. It's an excellent resource and I have learned a lot from it recently.

One issue is that in the PDF version, the inline math symbols do not render. For example, in Section 7.3 on confidence intervals, the online copy says:

"For example, Cumming (2014) writes “We can be 95% confident that our interval includes μ and can think of the lower and upper limits as likely lower and upper bounds for μ.”"

However, the μ symbol is missing in the PDF copy, it says:

For example, Cumming (2014) writes “We can be 95% confident that our interval includes ￿ and can think of the lower and upper limits as likely lower and upper bounds for ￿.

I think this can be fixed by using LaTeX symbols $\mu$ instead of Unicode μ symbol.
