Update to 13-prereg.Rmd and 14-computationalreproducibility.Rmd #61

Just some minor wording edits to Chapter 13. For Chapter 14, I tried my best to replace "assignment" with "chapter" or "example" (where relevant) to be congruent with your closing paragraph; hope I still captured the essence of what you were trying to convey.

It has been a pleasure reading your book, thank you for making it accessible to broke PhD students worldwide. Learnt a whole lot and I am sure all my peers would benefit from reading this amazing compilation of work. Hope my edits have been helpful, it is my small gesture of gratitude.

Come to NUS some time! I am sure we will all be eager to learn from you :)
