This code is for password encryption (https://github.com/Lakhankumawat/LearnCPP/issues/1452 ) Proposed Changes Solved the password encryption problem added the code for the solution of password encryption problem

Additional Info

It is a password encrypted code in which if we enter a password it will not shown to us and we only see astrick and it will check to predefined password and username if both are correct we are able to login.
