Feature request: Output mod as IPS/PPF (to enable soft-patching) #5

The ability to choose IPS/PPF file as the Output file, in order to be able to soft-patch games.

Would be a bit redundant since most of the time people will have an already randomized rom as the input, so unless I added another field for vanilla rom input the patches would only contain the KindAndFair modifications instead of the overall. And with the way Sotn is structured partial ppf patches could cause crashes. Also while I was able to create simple code for applying patches via my program creating them is a lot more complex.

What the **** are you talking about? Most people will already have a randomized rom as input? really? Maybe you Seriosuly. wtf. And what about those that don't use that worthless OS called windows. Screw them right?
