Created project and solution files to allow building UAssetSnippet from source
Added UAssetAPI submodule
Added .gitignore
Updated python files for new UAssetAPI and UAssetSnippet versions
- Made imports in System.py explicit, so that we have an immediate warning/error if a module or part of it is missing
