Sometimes the setup of the first cycle takes a very long time compared to subsequent cycles. It feels like somewhere between displaying Setting up cycle named XXX: and Done the program has to wait for something.
Maybe there is an issue with fetching the data-files? For the subsequent cycles, these files are probably cashed removing the delay.
