Put Program to Taskbar while active #26

Hey there ;)
Since its, as mentioned a little security risk, ans also uses up some
battery, I'd like a little reminder, that swiftp is running. For example
putting it to the taskbar. Or, maybe just make it an option in the
Setup-menu, so everyone can decide to have it sit there, or not.

I don't have any skills, that could solve this problem, but as I speak
english and german, Id be happy to help translate...
So, if you need some help with the german translation, here I am ;)

Implemented in 1.20 (just released a couple minutes ago).
