Need some way of detecting unavailable SD card #33

If the user has the SD card mounted on their computer, it would be nice if
SwiFTP could detect this and alert the user, rather than showing an empty
directory listing in the SD card mount directory.

Coded in 1.22. Warning on server start if external storage is not mounted.
