Can no longer connect

What steps will reproduce the problem? Please include as much detail as
possible.
1. Start SwiFTP
2.  Try to connect using FireFTP on FF 3.6.6 on Windows Vista

What is the expected behavior? What do you see instead?

I used to connect, no problem.  Now I don't.  FireFTP merely says "Unable to 
make a connection. Please try again."  My router sees the phone, and I've tried 
turning Windows Firewall off, but no dice.

What version of SwiFTP are you using?
1.2.3 or 1.2.4

What operating system are you using?

Which FTP client are you using?
Windows Vista SP1

Which Android device and version do you have (Nexus, Droid, Hero, G1,
etc.)?
Sprint CDMA Hero running 2.1+OTA

I'm sure it's something on my end, but I just can't figure out what it might 
be.  I'd been using SwiFTP for  a long time with no problems at all.  Any help
