header should be pinned. #57

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. When I scroll the page on this site, the header (which includes options like Home, Ranklist, Student Profile, and Search) does not move with the page. This makes navigation less convenient as the header isn't always accessible while browsing.

Describe the solution you'd like A fixed or sticky header would improve the user experience. For reference, see how Patreon's page implements this feature, where the header remains visible even when scrolling.
