Feat Frontend and Backend Authentication Done

Since your project is not trackable outside of backend folder hence i moved my frontend code to backend folder you can make that changes.

Here is the Authentication is for both frontend and backend Frontend -> React Backend -> NodeJS, ExpressJS, MongoDB.

its really a great UI but I would suggest you to change back folder structure and run backend in one instance of vscode and frontend in another instance .....u have to integrate the API link (with port number) in frontend where backend is running
