[Feature Request]: Add css to the projects #3 #61

This PR styles the UI for the component ProjectList

Changed made in the ProjectList component Task 1: created a dashboard button to navigate the user back to the dashboard for better UX Task 2: Created cards like UI for the projects. Task 3: added a custom scroll bar for the project description Task 3: Styled for both mobile and Windows. Task 4: also adjusted the font weight for the Navbar.

Some recommended fixes for future: the navbar is fixed which should not be as when we will scroll in through the projects our projects will get behind the navbar. Screenshot (90)
