Unable to Launch ADW on HTC Incredible? #121

First, let me say that I already rated ADW 5-Stars, regardless of my new issue.
Thanks for taking the time to do this. It is by far, the best home-screen
replacement.

Here is my issue: I have two phones, a Motorola Droid X, and an HTC Droid
Incredible. When I installed ADW on my Droid X, no problems (hence the
5-stars). However, on my Incredible, the install completes, but I am not able
to find any way to launch it. I saw a post somewhere that mentioned the
location in 'Settings' to set it as the default home screen, but I did not
write down the path at that time, and I have searched my 'Settings', but have
come up empty handed. Can you please let me know a couple different way to
launch/set it on my HTC Incredible. I cannot find a launcher anywhere. If it
matters, I recieved my Froyo update this morning. I had ADW installed at that
time, but the update removed it, and I have not been able to get ADW started
ever since; even after re-installing ADW several times. Thanks a lot.

I have a very simlary issue on an SE X10 - after an update, I got the screen
that asked to associate with the home button and accidently picked "home"
instead of ADW. Now I can not finf anyway to set it back to ADW. Have tried
uninstall / install, but that does not help. Great app, really missing it, so
hope you can help.

Settings > Applications > Manage Applications> Choose the home app that is
currently the default > Clear defaults. Then press the home button Press the
"Set as default" check box and choose ADW.Launcher.

For Sense the default home app might be the Sense launcher so you'll want to
clear defaults for "HTC Sense" (Might also be called Rosie).

The procedure should be similar for the X10, unfortunately I don't know which
application will be the one you should clear defaults for (I assume it will
have a home-like icon though).
