This PR has been raised to address the addition of Code of Conduct created with reference to international standards of contribution guidelines and a priliminary contributing rules for CryptoAnalysis Project as a part of WoB24 campaign.

I have modified the markdown file as per the project mission and added apporpriate email ID of the author available in Github for reporting purposes.

Please review the PR and share the feedback. Also requesting the author to add appropriate labels for my WoB24 contributions. Thank you!

No response from Project Owner over a long period of time. Hence, closing the PR for good!
