This PR addresses issue #26 by enhancing the crypto chart with error handling, flexibility and modularity.

Changes Made:

Added error handling for data retrieval issues.
Made the crypto symbol and date range customizable.
Refactored code to separate data fetching and chart creation.
Included safety checks and added documentation.
