stuck in 'reconnecting' after maximum retry attempt #70

Was connected to an IRC network, but then lost wifi connection.

After the last attempt (set to 3), the connection status was still stuck on 'reconnecting' and there is no manual override to force reconnection or disconnect altogether. I have to forcekill the app in order to reconnect.
