Rate business with five star while writing review #60

This is fine for now. I will put this in progress. Remember that there is a logic behind this star rating. We want the users to see the effect of their review. Red star means its not good, yellow star means its average and green star means its good. The same will apply when viewing the average star ratings per business. For individual review star ratings; If the user selects one or two stars, the stars will be red on select and stay red on save. When a user selects 3 stars, the three stars will be yellow and will remain yellow on save. When a user select's four or five stars, the stars will be green and stay green on save and display.

Please update yellow on stars to use a dark yellow like #FFD300. The text after the stars should stay black. Only the 5/5 and stars part changes color
