configure_postgres_service_connections file missing #65

Describe the bug coordinator_entrypoint and data_node_entrypoint scripts both call a file called configure_postgres_service_connections which doesn't seem to be present so it produces an error. It doesn't break anything so I've removed the calls from the operator but just want to check is this something that should be there?

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Create any example

Expected behavior No errors from script
