Updated multiple mods, added Reese's Sodium Options to README.in.md, favoured Modrinth over CurseForge.
Also, there are a lot of 1.15/1.16/1.17 mods that are not really relevant or so outdated that they in my opinion could better be removed from the list in favour of 1.19 mods. Let me know what you think.
