I've got a error #102

I've got this error when i'm trying to use Let me fish, and isnt possible to make anything in the game after that error.

[20:01:35.217] Fishing area changed (you left it?), well that happens... Retrying... [20:04:44.093] Why are we not fishing?... Maybe no bait used? [20:04:44.599] How can you fish without a bait?... hmmm...

Hello, i see you are using the proxy. How do you setup it on 95.3 patch? i tried the readme file and everything but after writing the command tera just crashes instantly thats it
