Add in light rules #12

Bringing light should be important, and sets the mood. 5TD even gives you disadvantage shooting at unlit foes.

I think we should make sure to have darkness and such as a more important factor. In 5e I always feel like darkness and not being able to see is always an afterthought, and they kinda just give everyone darkvision now.

I think we should give advantage for shooting from darkness into light. Also less darkvision.

Darkvision is for NEEERDS. 5TD has shooting into darkness at disadvantage.
