Bounding box of connections does not extend to include arrow #286

When using an Arrow overlay on a connection, the bounding box of the resulting 
SVG is too small, cropping away parts of the arrow. (Screenshot attached.)

what settings are you using here?  can you create a test case on jsFiddle?
