Dockerize our Node Software to Make It Easy for People to run Nodes

We are about to launch a new node architecture that will allow for more community members to run nodes. To facilitate this adoption, we need a standardized Docker image that people can quickly install.

The Docker image must have the following images/software installed on it:

• Python 3.6
• Ubuntu 1804
• MongoDB Community Edition
• The prerequisites for Lamden
  • ZMQ
• The ability to add arbitrary cron jobs that are installed when the image is mounted
• Opening web ports for the API
• Starting and stopping the node software from outside of the image
  • Users start the Lamden code by passing their private key as an argument. This should be done from outside of the image and in a way that is secure.
  • Masternodes also have to start the webserver, which requires the private key to be passed as well
• Image should be publishable to DockerHub

Developers must join https://t.me/lamdenchat and message @stuartf to finalize their bounty application. Developers will have full access to the team to consult if they hit any snags and need a reference.
