Fixing linux support #1

Fixed include headers. Fixed setting of baud rate. Removed terminal raw mode after exit. Fixed search for PSX EXE magic number

I was going to fix Linux support myself, but never got around to testing my fixes satisfactorily. Thanks anyway.
