Removing the lines for the owned DLC, just results in them being deactivated instead of leaving them be.

Ok guys, it's no longer needed to delete purchased DLCs from the list. It was necessary before, to be able to paste dlc blocks from projects (both online and offline).

Thanks for reporting, I'll correct the guide!

Can someone try this thing? I really do not have the time to check.

If we can paste owned dlc blocks from projects with a "full" ini (all dlcs present in it), it's a veeeery very good thing.
