What is going on with DB.php?

I have been trying to get this code to work for an hour and a half and reverse 
engineering DB.php from error msgs.  WHERE is it for download?

You really need a section listing the pre-reqs...

Would help us intermediates out quite a bit.

about 10 minutes after I wrote that, my brain started working again and 
realized this is calling the pear DB object... I am really retarded..

To install it on a linux command line type pear install DB...and you're set.

My apologies for the lack of brain power at the time...

Up and running. really slick.  The documentation might still be a good idea..
