Update for the 2022 renewal season. Update include bug fixes as well as the following:

General improvements and fixes
Support all new MVP Tech Areas and Categories
Fully enabled Annual Renewal Questionnaire submissions

Work not included in Store-released version

Xamarin.Forms spikes (will migrate to MAUI, looks to be the long-term replacement)
WPF spike
WinUI3 spike
