Store Queued Uploads that have not been uploaded #212

If you leave the Uploads page with any queued items, those items will be cleared when the page is disposed.

This is a feature request to keep the queued item as a locally stored setting, that way any page navigation will not accidentally clear them,

Closed - The MVP API is no longer available, I am closing all Issues and archiving this repository.
