PHP help documentation file does not open on iChm 1.4.2 #107

Platform:
Mac or iPhone/Touch

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Download the php documentation CHM file from
http://us.php.net/get/php_manual_en.chm/from/a/mirror
2. On Snow Leopard, using iCHM 1.4.2 open the file
3. Try to navigate the tree. Or search for something. All you'll see is a
white screen on the left.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
One should be able to see the contents of the help page. A white page
appears instead.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.4.2 on Snow Leopard
