saving complete chm file as pdf #116

Platform:
Mac 

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.adding chm file  
2.saving as PDF file 
3. I can dee that only first page (ie content page) is saved

Is there any way to have whole document as PDF?
I use last versino of The software and Mac os
