Manage Bookmarks is completely unreponsive

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open ichm
2. open a chm
3. click bookmarks; manage bookmarks

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect a window with all bookmarks listed allowing me to edit them or
remove them.  Instead I see a window but I cannot click in or on it.  I
cannot close it either unless I quit iCHM.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

1.2 on 10.5.4

I can not reproduce the bug. It might be related to specific items in your 
bookmark.
If possible, please attach the 'bookmark.sqlite' under ~/Library/Application
Support/iChm.

Just another note: if I remove that file, start up the program again, and add 
another
bookmark in a fresh bookmark file (in this particular book I'm trying to read), 
it
seems to freeze the bookmark manager again.
