Z order problem with About box & update notification #142

Platform:
Mac 10.6.2, iChm 1.4.2

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. open iChm, wait for update notification to show
2. open About box
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
 expect About box to appear
 instead it is under the update notification

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
 iChm 1.4.2, OS-X 10.6.2

Please provide any additional information below.
