Re-opening same CHM doesn't open file to same location #18

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open any .chm file.
2. go to any random page
3. close and reopen same .chm

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

The CHM could open to the same page and scroll position, just like with
Preview and PDFs.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

The expansion state of items in the sidebar and open tabs are not saved either. 
These should be preserved along 
with open page and scroll position.
