Give a way to set "Search in Index" to default #36

I use this much more common than "Search in File", and if I forgot to
choose it, it will be incredibly slow to Search in File, the whole program
may hang for a while.

Now iChm can remember your search setting per file.

how about a system-wide setting? so when I open a new chm file, i won't 
accidently
hang the whole application
