Remember selected document encoding (and not only the last opened page)

Platform:
Mac OS X 10.5.5

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open a document
2. Go to page x
3. Select a different document encoding (View->Text Encoding)
4. Close iChm/the document
5. Re-open the document

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The selected text-encoding has not been remembered. I have to repeat step 3 
every time I open 
the document. 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Version 1.4 (07f4788)
