Index button causes program crash #51

Platform:
iPhone/Touch

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. In applicable chm file, selecting the index button 
(furthest on the right on the toolbar) causes crash to 
Home screen.

What is the expected output? What do you see 
instead?
N/a as has always crashed. 

What version of the product are you using? On what 
operating system?
Version 1.0 on iPod Touch

Hi there, 

On further testing I've realised that the chm files that crash do not have a 
compiled
Index (but do have a table of contents), although the button is still available 
(i.e.
not greyed out). I am therefore not able to search through these CHMs. I am 
able to
search the CHMs without an index on the PC- is this feature unavailable on the
iPod/iPhone version if there is no index? Hope that makes sense!

I have attached one CHM which highlights my example. Thanks for any advice

The crash issue will be fixed in 1.0.1.
