shortening mobile load time

So far the following has been done to address excessive page load times:

• add responsive images to all major pages so we're not loading images that are larger than necessary
  • homepage
  • PLP
  • PDP
• build modules into/enable concatenated js file

The previous test showed exceptionally high load times. I've temporarily disabled the subscribe pop-up and re-run each test. Here are the current results:
