Ensure the logo in the footer is on-brand

There shouldn't be any such thing as a greyscale HM Land Registry logo - this was an asset created a long time ago and has just stuck around.

The logo we use shouldn't be on a grey background so we can either look to:

• remove the logo
• remove the grey background
