Quest Logs: Accpeted and Completed views

Additional Information (Steps to reproduce/Expected behavior) : Some quests that are repeatable should be able to be seen in the accepted and completed list at same time like missions can be. example is Toau Quest: Scouting the Ashu Talif, 1st run it will add to accepted then if fail will delete entirely if win will move to complete. Next day flag it again and now its in accepted and completed list, if you fail will only remove from accepted list, if win removes from accepted and stay on completed.
