[Lua] Fix several Overgrown Ivy (CoP 3-3 mob) issues

What does this pull request do?

This PR fixes several issues with Overgrown Ivy:

1. Change the mob delay to roughly match retail capture
2. Change the job to war (as mob has double attack)
3. Add the missing Bad Breath spam (5x) starting at 25% HP

The changes are based on the retail capture by Siknoz here.

Steps to test these changes

Fight the mobs and compare to the behavior from the retail captures.
