What does this pull request do?

Norg and Korroloka Tunnel had some wrong IDs identified by update extactor (not sure how, the content of the message is unchanged)

Other changes were update extractor throwing away messages that didn't match zone texts

check messages in game with messageSpecial and see they are correct
