[Lua] Fix hundred fists mobskill duration

What does this pull request do?

This PR fixes the mobskill hundred fists duration to be 45 seconds (instead of 30 seconds). This change is based on retail captures from a variety of MNK mobs by Siknoz including Ix'aern MNK here, Seiryu here, King Arthro here, and Dynamis Vanguard Militant here.

I have not found any MNK mobs that use a 30 second duration and the 30 second duration is probably a copy-paste error that occurred in this commit (which changed duration from 45 to 30 seconds in 2015).

Steps to test these changes

Fight MNK mobs that use hundred fists and see the correct duration of 45 seconds.
