This section would be a brief, standard write up that gives context to a report reader who is unfamiliar with CCVI/NatureServe guidelines (such as a policy maker). It would include a brief summary of the purpose of the CCVI and what the results in the report mean. This should allow for the report to be understood by someone with minimal context.
Make it an option to include or exclude from the report so that this section is not repeated for users who are combining multiple reports, or so a user can simply exclude it if they do not want/need this section.
