Tests I was going to run but ran out of time for

Ensuring that all projections for spatial data inputs work
Ensuring that the Major Taxonomic Group can change from plant to animal after answering vulnerability questions without issue

Additional ideas that I had for testing are outlined in the ccviR testing/QA testing plan

Ideas for minor enhancements

[ ] Exit the data_prep_app() upon closing tab (like run_ccvi_app())
[ ] Add legend item for "Species range within assessment area" in the exposure map in the report
[ ] In data_prep_app(), modify the AdaptWest link to open into a new tab. Currently it opens in current tab, effectively erasing the users progress.
[ ] Documentation - add details about data_prep_app() "Should existing files in the output folder be overwritten?" checkbox, currently it is unclear what the purpose of the checkbox is
[ ] Documentation - add details about interpreting error/warning messages (like in the screenshot below) to support users troubleshooting on their own
[ ] Documentation - specify that, if multiple range change rasters are input, that they need to have the same classification

Misc notes

"Required data" (marked with *) is not actually required - will calculate CCVI without Assessor Name, Geographic Area Assessed, Major Taxonomic Group, and Species Scientific Name. They are required to click "Next" when in the Species Information tab, but you can navigate using the side bar without needing to do that. Not sure if this is an issue or not.

Report I think the report can be improved to be more effective. My suggestions are as follows:

Include a brief summary about CCVI to support interpretation of the report by users unfamiliar with CCVI. Suggestion of what to include outlined in this doc
- At least explain what the reported score indicates (ex: Moderately Vulnerable - Abundance and/or range extent within geographical area assessed likely to decrease by 2050)
Have both maps on the same page (page 2)
Make use of headers, sub-headers, and line breaks (especially on page 1)
Lighten colors used to highlight the score (very light)
Add date of assessment to report, name of assessor, and geographic areas assessed to report (info from Species Information)
