dead audacious/knotify channels not erased

Which frontend do you use (KDE/Gtk):
KDE 4.6.5

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. long up-time perhaps

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
channel per running application

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Fedora 15, version 0.16.2

Please provide any additional information below.
after some time there are dead channels of Audacious named "Buffering ..." and 
dead channels named "Event Sounds".
