Create schedule for an user. Log as user and accept After 30 minutes, user doesn't receive notification of missed schedule
A notification to the user when the user missed the schedule by over 30 minutes

Create schedule for an user. Log as user and accept After 30 minutes, user doesn't receive notification of missed schedule
Expected behavior
A notification to the user when the user missed the schedule by over 30 minutes
