The hardest part of teaching new people how to run their data through terradactyl is explaining how to set up the species list. It would be super helpful if there was a vignette or some sort of demo on species list structure, including which columns are required for the AIM indicators to run, how to include and use your own custom columns (e.g. invasive status) in custom indicator calculations, and how to update species codes.
